You know how Millenials today often go, "Hey, let's go get brunch!" and you stand corrected confuse on where you should have that once in a month meal that is the popular culture in today's society. Well, no need to think no further, because Aryaduta Hotel now offers a weekend brunch that's suited to your delight!





Last weekend, I was privileged to be invited to a Weekend Brunch at Aryaduta Lippo Village in Tangerang. I was so excited because I really love brunch! I always imagine brunch as a meal where poached eggs are served. And I’m not disappointed. Not only that I get my serving of poached eggs, I was also served many other delicious foods!

Okay, so Aryaduta is a local hotel with a high international standards. Just like their brand essence, “Iconically Local, Globally Competitive.” I was really surprise knowing that this hotel was actually a local-made business under Lippo Group. Meaning, their international standards and service is definitely off the chart and I’m proud!

Weekend Brunch at Aryaduta Lippo Village happens on Saturday and Sunday every week from 11:30am to 3pm at the Palm Cafe. And with only Rp. 268.000/pax (NETT) you can enjoy delicious range of international and national all-you-can-eat buffet with one main course of your choice! The options of main course got me very indecisive. There are 3 different menus-- Classic Brunch, Indonesian Contemporary and Taste of the West. If you’re into poached eggs like me, you would love the variety of Eggs Benedict menu they offered. There’s the classic Eggs Benedict where poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and English muffins are paired together with smoked chicken, or the lovely Eggs Florentine perfected with its fresh spinach. However that day I chose their favourite menu which was Salmon Benedict. A smoked salmon hidden in between layers of poached eggs, soft hollandaise and wonderful English muffins!

Don’t get me started on the buffet! All-you-can-eat is my total weakness. My eyes would usually be very lustful compared to my stomach. So I could go crazy taking every food on the table, not caring about how my stomach feels. But this time, I taught my brain to take care of what I see and take them generously so I can enjoy all the foods! Indonesian and international foods were displayed, from heavy main course to dessert, snacks, fruits, even Jamu was available on the buffet. It was so amazing! My favourite part of the buffet was definitely the mac and cheese, pempek and small dessert cakes. There are also made to order food such as Nasi Goreng with the spices of your choice, and some barbeque satay (sate) ranging from beef, lamb and chicken. Also made to order: pancakes and waffles! And trust me, pancake and waffles are always a good idea. Especially with the exceptional butterscotch topping! It was delish!

There are a few other promotional goods made special for this Weekend Brunch at Aryaduta Lippo Village. One of them is when you bring a child 16 years old and under, this child can come to eat for free! Kind of like buy one get one free, and I think that’s a really good deal. Other awesome deal is when you’ve got a flyer from Aryaduta Lippo Village while you’re walking around nearby the hotel, it will save you another Rp.50.000! So this Weekend Brunch is not only perfect to enjoy with friends, but with your family as well!

After brunch, Stivi took me around the hotel. I always have this idea that when a hotel is so big, it must’ve been around for a number of years. Well, I was correct, as this hotel has been standing for more than 20 years! The beautiful villa-like hoteI was decorated in subtle peachy colors and lush greenery that’s very pleasing to the eye. I went around to see how huge the hotel was (it even got tennis court, indoor gym for badminton/basketball/etc., squash court and two different swimming pools!). I always imagine if I were to live in a hotel with exceptional service and facilities like this, I would feel like a princess!

After walking around in the hotel for a while, I decided to hop into their amazing Lagoon Pool. There is two swimming pool at the hotel, and Lagoon Pool was one of the most beautiful one I’ve seen. It felt very tropical with its green lush surrounding. Palm trees, statues and water slide at the pool made me feel like I was in Bali.

Overall, I had a really good time at Aryaduta Lippo Village. Having to experience all the delicious foods during brunch, and finally tone down to relax at the Lagoon Pool. I felt very privileged and satisfied! Aryaduta Lippo Village is very nearby to many attraction in Karawaci, Tangerang such as Supermall Karawaci, Benton Junction, Cinemaxx Maxxbox Lippo Village, Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), Siloam Hospital and many other conveniences. So I can tell you that Aryaduta Lippo Village is the perfect place to have a weekend getaway with friends and family!
